In my search on how to Download and convert Videos from You Tube to use on my cell phone i found many things and ways
the first way is to Download plugin for Firefox called Download helper what it does is that it can download any embeded video aur audio from webpage and it works with majority of video sharing websites
1) Click here to download FireFox if u dont already have it by far the best browser!
2) Then from there plugin page download Downlaod helper it will install automatically
then visit you tube and start any video u will see small thing spinning in ur toolbar click on it and save the file
3) now to convert it into any format you can use free website Zamzar
its pretty self explanatory then to convert have fun using ur favourite vidoe in any way u want ;-)
